Motivating Your Downline

Share your thoughts with us. How do you do it? How does it work for you?

I use "meetings" to pump people up. I have at least 1 "opportunity meeting" each campaign. It's purpose is to keep everyone motivated and to keep us all performing.

Music as people are coming in is a strong way to set the tone. This is a celebration event.

Videos of success (successful Avon reps a plus!) are powerful as well.

Then I go over a plan of action to get there. We plan out each week..."I'm going to contact 1 new person each day" and we talk about what's difficult and overcoming those difficulties together.

I'm essentially a coach. This meetings is kind of like a group therapy session that's fun and energetic. You could think of motivating someone to sell Avon and achieve financially the same way you would encourage them to work out and get/stay healthy.
