Many Avon Reps at times find themselves with a box or two of unopened products.
Try a free add with Craigslist, you may be able to liquidate some of your product as well as pick up some new customers. For those looking to recruit there is also the opportunity to build contacts!

Can we really do that? I know I've seen people selling Avon products on CL, eBay, etc., but I thought we weren't actually supposed to do that and the people doing it were risking their businesses.
Don't make it part of your business, if you have extra stock and want to unload it (recoup some of your investment). many Representatives have done this. Avon wants a uniform identity and to protect their brand name, they don't want you you turning Craigs list or E-Bay into your personal selling platform. If you have concerns about selling extra stock, yard sales work good and certainly check with your District Sales Manager if you have any questions.
